COUNTER READING RULES AND TARIFF SYSTEM

According to the rules for the use of electricity, the calculation of electricity used by the consumer must be carried out by a counter that was installed at the countering point. The counter is read once, sometimes several times a month. When installing the counter, the readings on it are recorded; these readings are called the first or base reading of the counter. To calculate the amount of electricity consumed, the following operation is performed: Take the period of consumption from the last month to the next reading. The electricity used during this period is the subscriber’s consumed electricity. The decision of the Tariff Union, retail sale of electricity for non-residential consumers is 9 qepik.

What is the texture? When drawing up an invoice, electricity consumption is calculated taking into account the subscriber's belonging to a certain category. At this time, the value added tax and the coefficient of the counter (in the presence of a current transformer) of the subscriber are taken into account.

PAYMENT OF INVENTORY

The invoice is considered a payment document for the subscriber; after the delivery of the invoice, the debt for electricity must be paid within 1 (one) month. Otherwise, the supply of electricity is terminated.

PORTABLING OBSERVATION

Monitoring of consumption is primarily carried out by the “District Power Supply Administration”. This, in turn, is done by counter readers and engineers. If an illegal use of electricity is suspected, the reader of the counter for the inspection is reported to the engineer or the head of the department and the object is checked by engineers.

Lastly, a raid on the object. Upon detection of the fact of illegal consumption of energy, on the basis of paragraph 8.17 of the “Rules for the Use of Electricity” an additional invoice is drawn up taking into account the additionally used electricity.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

In order to receive the Technical Conditions, subscribers must provide the following documents to the “General and Social Work” department of the company.

Required documents:

1. Letter (statement) addressed to the chairman of "Azərişıq" OJSC

2. The power required by the object is calculated by the design institute.

3. Document confirming the existence of objects (certificate, technical passport), permission to activity (decree, VÖEN)

4. Decree on the construction of new objects, the scheme of the adjacent land area (extract from the plan)

5. If there are no nearby power grids owned by “Azərenerji” OJSC or “Azərişıq “OJSC, then an official permit for connection to the power grid of a nearby subscriber (enterprise).

6. When connecting to the power grid of a nearby enterprise, permission from Azərenerji OJSC (with the power required by the enterprise more than 100 kW)

During submission of documents to the “Issue of Technical Conditions when connecting electrical equipment to the power grid” in Az ОАОrişıq OJSC, Subscribers must follow the RULES.

LARGE CONSUMERS

A number of enterprises and organizations located in the administrative zone of our Republic and conducting activities with a large amount of electricity consumption, as well as consumers of the first category, are special consumers. The list of Consumers (by electricity consumption) belonging to the first category was confirmed by decision number 199 of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 25, 2001. This list includes: the Residence of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Administrative building of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Administrative and Executive Building of the President, the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan; A number of buildings of the Ministry of Defence; Organizations of the Ministry of National Security; enterprises of the Ministry of Health; Azerbaijan State Television; enterprises and organizations of the State Oil Company; concern "AZAL"; the state organization Azerbaijan Railways; The Baku Metro and others. In total, the number of such enterprises in Baku is approximately 2,200. Power outages of these enterprises are not allowed.
