Information about the laboratory of “Azerishig” OJSC
All Electric Meters Arrived at the Central Warehouse through the Azərişıq ASC purchase management, in accordance with the daily demand, go to the Meter Test and Repair Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the laboratory). The meters here check the physical parameters and the percentage of error with the help of test facilities that have passed through the annual certification of the Laboratory. Verification is based on the principle of 10, 50 and 100% load. After that, the counter is stamped with the participation of a representative of the "AzTEST" State Experimental and Practical Center. After that, the counters are recorded in a two-step form in the ORACLE computer information base (DOTO) (hereafter İB 2) and sent to the warehouse for storage. In accordance with the daily working demand, the meters from the warehouse are shared by the District Electricity Supply and Sales Authority (RETSİ) and sent for use.
In RETSİ (District Electricity Supply and Sales Department-RUSPE) under the control of engineers from the “Installation Management of Meters and Accounting Control“ equipment according to a pre-established act, work plan and proprietary information and on the basis of orders received from “ASAN Xidmət” they repeat verification, replacement, logging. The listed procedures are carried out with the obligatory observance of technical safety rules and are conducted according to standards. Works are performed by experienced and qualified personnel.
On-site replaceable meters are placed in special bags, sealed and sent to the laboratory for further analysis. The laboratory checks the defects and defects created during operation, reads the software additions and creates a review report about the health or possible malfunctions. The created report is unified with the relevant acts and for calculating and replenishing the lost electricity is transferred to IB in the form of calculations.
Received in the laboratory and those found to be defective to use or mechanical and semi-mechanical meters with the relevant rules are removed from circulation, in the case of a percentage of acceptance error, re-checked in the above way, sealed and entered into İB.
Currently, 1-phase MP106, 3-phase MP306 type smart card and 1-phase VİKO M580DB0T and 3-phase counters such as VİKO T5100DB0T, CX5CB2E made in Turkey are used.
According to the results of 2022, "Azerishiq" ASC provides services to 2,696,768 household and 185,833 non-residential subscribers as a result of 2,882,601 subscribers. During 2022, 20.18 billion kW of electricity was purchased by "Azerishiq" ASC, and 18.44 billion kW of useful electricity was sold to consumers.
During 2022, 269,901 electricity meters were installed to consumers. The total collection from useful sold electricity of the performed works has reached 97%.
From the side of “Azərişıq” ASC, planned work is underway to install meters with electronic memory (Smart meters). Set a goal in a planned manner and successfully continues to be carried out.
